Hi everyone and welcome!
My name is Travis, and along with my wife Gem, we own and run Never Miss Moments out of Australia.
My background is in wedding photography, in fact i've been doing it for about 10 years now. I have a team of 8 amazing people that work with me, and together we have won 4 awards for “Best wedding photographers” in our home state and 2 awards for “Best wedding photographers in Australia”.. which we are VERY proud of. Being in the wedding industry for so long has allowed me to see 100’s of wedding days and nights.. experiencing over and over again the fun, laughter and love so many couples enjoy.
How It Started
During wedding season, I get the privilege — sometimes 2–3 times a week — of being part of one of the most important days a couple will ever experience. Over time, I’ve seen every trend come and go. Polaroid cameras. Disposable cameras. Photo booths. 360 booths… all of it. Each one promised to capture the moment — but none of them truly solved the problem.
Then one day, I saw something simple that changed everything — a QR code printed on the back of a wedding favour. That moment sparked an idea: What if couples could capture every photo, video, and memory from their guests — instantly, digitally, and in one place?
After looking into it, we realised something surprising… there were very few solutions doing this well. So in late 2022, my wife and I decided to build one. That’s how Never Miss Moments was born.
What We Discovered
As we worked with more and more couples, something became very clear:
👉 Capturing memories wasn’t the only problem
👉 Planning the wedding itself was broken
Couples were:
- juggling multiple apps
- using spreadsheets
- chasing guests for RSVPs
- trying to piece everything together manually
Everything was scattered. Nothing was connected. And on a day where everything matters — that creates stress.

So we didn’t just stop at the gallery. We built what was missing.
